NEW Oru Lake Folding Kayak SALE !!

Product Description

The Lake is one of the lightest kayaks on the market. All you need to connect to the water, it assembles in under a minute. It’s a stable and beginner-friendly boat that’s great for all ages. Our smallest, most portable kayak with the same durability as our expedition models fits easily in a backseat, trunk, or even a plane for all your adventures.

Product Features

Weighing in at just 17 lbs., the Lake assembles in minutes without any tools or experience. It’s our most accessibly priced model ever – but nothing about it is cheap. Made from the same ultra-durable materials as our expedition models, the Lake boasts a clean and minimal design.

- Folds from box to boat in 3-5 minutes
- Weighs just 17 lbs. – less than half the weight of a traditional kayak
- Stash it pretty much anywhere: your trunk, closet, boat, garage, van, even under your bed
- Made of 5mm double-layered custom-extruded polypropylene
- Manufacturer-rated for 20,000 fold cycles
- 10-year UV treatment

Note: The Inlet is NOT compatible with the Oru Pack

Product Care

We recommend treating your Oru Kayak as you would a fiberglass, wood, or skin-on-frame kayak. Here are some guidelines:

- Avoid unnecessary dragging or bumping – use the carry handles to lift, instead of tugging it behind you
- Store out of direct sunlight – our boats have a 10-year UV treatment, but we still recommend sheltered storage
- Rinse the kayak thoroughly with fresh water after each use – sediment and salt that dry to the surface of the boat can be abrasive over time
- Oru kayaks are designed to be easily repairable if anything should wear out over time. Oru repairs team is happy to help! Just shoot us an email to [email protected] with a brief description of your issue, a photo, and your Hull Identification Number to get the ball rolling
