Miller Trailblazer 325 Kohler Engine Driven Welder Generator – P/N 907798004

Equipped with Excel power and Wireless Interface Control, the Miller Trailblazer 325 Kohler engine driven welder generator (P/N 907798004) combines idle auxiliary power with wireless parameter adjustment up to 300 feet away. Mobile rig welders lose billable minutes climbing into truck beds to tweak heat settings or running engines at high RPM for small hand grinders. This fully equipped package features closed-loop electronic fuel injection, Excel power for 120V tool operation at engine idle, and a full-function wireless remote.

The handheld wireless remote displays fuel levels, engine hours, and exact arc amperage, allowing operators to switch between stick welding and wire feeding right from the joint. Excel power outputs 2,400 watts of clean sine wave electricity while the 23.5HP Kohler engine idles at 2,400 RPM, cutting noise and gasoline consumption. When you strike an arc, Auto-Speed governing ramps the engine to exact welding load demand, delivering 325 amps of multi-process power at 100 percent duty cycle.
