Overview

The JURA X8 Espresso Machine Platinum is a robust super-automatic espresso machine meticulously engineered for the demanding needs of small offices and busy homes. As a standout in JURA’s imaginative lineup, the X8 Platinum brings significant new features to the automatic espresso-making stage, particularly its rare plumbable capability. This machine combines JURA’s renowned innovation with high-capacity performance, ensuring consistent, high-quality coffee for multiple users.

Features and Performance

A primary and exceptionally rare feature for a super-automatic machine is the JURA X8 Platinum’s plumbable option. This makes it an essential choice for any space with several users or high foot traffic, as you won’t need to fuss with refilling the water tank repeatedly, offering an infinite water supply directly from your water line. For situations where plumbing isn’t feasible, the X8 Platinum still offers a substantial 5-liter water reservoir for extended periods of use. This reservoir is designed for convenience, easily tilting forward or lifting away from the side of the machine for effortless refilling.

High Capacity and Beverage Versatility

Adding to the X8’s already impressive capacity is its locking bean hopper, which can hold a generous 500 grams (1.1 lbs) of coffee beans, reducing the frequency of refills. It’s important to note, however, that the X8 does not include a bypass doser for pre-ground coffee.

For drink creation, the X8 is one of a select few JURA machines capable of pulling two milk drinks simultaneously. Need two cappuccinos or latte macchiatos for your next meeting? Simply place two cups, press a button, and you’re good to go. The milk spouts are cleverly integrated directly into the brew spouts, eliminating the need to move your cups around during preparation. Expect the full range of JURA specialty drinks, including ristretto, espresso, coffee, cappuccino, caffe latte, latte macchiato, and Flat White. Additional selections include portions of milk, a pot of coffee, hot water, and a new, much-appreciated hot water option specifically for green tea, which lets you dispense hot water at one of three different temperatures, catering to tea enthusiasts.

Why You Should Buy It

The JURA X8 Espresso Machine Platinum is a super-automatic powerhouse that will effortlessly meet the high demands of a small office or busy home environment. Its plumbable feature provides unparalleled convenience by eliminating constant water refills, making it perfect for high-volume use. The ability to prepare two lattes (or other milk drinks) at the same time is a crucial addition that significantly boosts efficiency in shared spaces. Combining high capacity, dual milk preparation, and specialized hot water options, the JURA X8 Platinum is a must-have investment for anyone seeking top-tier automatic coffee brewing performance.
