Overview

The 2024 redesign of JURA ENA 8 Espresso Machine Black stands out as one of the best super-automatic espresso machines at its price point. This new model brings two significant enhancements to an already excellent machine: an expanded menu of 15 pre-programmed drinks and a highly intuitive touchscreen display. If you’re seeking a space-saving option that delivers unmatched drink quality within its price range, this JURA espresso machine is designed to exceed your expectations. Available in both black and white with JURA’s signature glacial water reservoir, the ENA 8 is also one of the most aesthetically pleasing automatic coffee machines you could feature on your counter.

Features and Benefits

As fully automatic espresso machines go, the ENA 8 performs exceptionally well. The newly redesigned and highly intuitive touchscreen display allows you to prepare 15 pre-programmed (and highly customizable) coffee drinks with the simple touch of a “button.”

Superior Drink Quality

The drink quality produced by the ENA 8 is generally superior to other machines in its price category. It creates fluffier milk foam and consistently coaxes smoother, more nuanced flavor profiles from specialty coffees.

Precision Grinding and Extraction

Excellent espresso taste begins with the built-in Professional Aroma Grinder of the ENA 8. Once ground, coffee beans are brewed using another proprietary JURA design: the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.). This system utilizes the vibration pump to evenly pulse water through the coffee puck, resulting in a smoother, more balanced espresso flavor. For those who enjoy lattes, macchiatos, or cappuccinos, the ENA 8’s milk frother employs Fine Foam Technology to consistently produce astoundingly light and airy milk foam.

Compact Design and Smart Maintenance

At just 10.7 inches wide and 12.7 inches tall, the ENA 8 is unbelievably compact for a machine that brews such high-quality espresso. Maintenance is also made effortless with the Intelligent Water System. This system uses RFID technology to automatically detect and monitor CLEARYL Smart+ filters, reminding you when they need to be changed and when the machine requires cleaning or descaling. For tech-savvy home brewers, the ENA 8 is compatible with Wi-Fi Connect and the J.O.E. (Jura Operating Experience) app (though the Wi-Fi Connect must be purchased separately).

Why You Should Get It

The JURA ENA 8 Espresso Machine Black is the perfect super-automatic espresso machine for the discerning espresso aficionado who values both quality and a budget-friendly price. While it may not include some of the high-end features found in its more expensive counterparts (such as cold brew technology), when it comes to crafting delicious espresso and milk beverages, the ENA 8 is simply unmatched in its class. Its compact size and modern aesthetic make it an ideal addition to even the most space-conscious countertops. If you desire excellent espresso without the fuss, the ENA 8 is truly the machine for you.
