Hustler Raptor XD 42in 21.5HP Kawasaki Zero Turn Mower – Residential

Spinning twin high-lift cutting blades, the Hustler Raptor XD 42in 21.5HP Kawasaki zero turn mower delivers commercial-style Hydro-Gear ZT-2800 serviceable transaxles to compact residential properties. Homeowners managing steep lawns lose drive power when using basic residential mowers with sealed transmissions that overheat under load. This heavy-duty machine combines an 11-gauge fully fabricated steel deck with commercial-grade Hydro-Gear ZT-2800 transaxles and a high-torque 21.5HP Kawasaki FR651V engine, sweeping through dense grass at speeds up to 7.5 MPH.

Commercial Hydro-Gear ZT-2800 transaxles feature external spin-on oil filters and steel cut gears, providing durable drive power along steep drainage swales. The deep fabricated deck structure generates high airflow velocity that lifts grass blades upright, dispersing fine clippings uniformly across the lawn. Operators select deck height quickly using an intuitive height adjustment pin paired with a foot-assist pedal, ensuring rapid clearance when crossing stone walkways and gravel drives.
