Cutting up to 2.5 acres per hour, the Husqvarna Z242F Special Edition 42in zero turn mower delivers custom styling, bright LED headlights, and fabricated deck durability to suburban properties. Budget stamped-steel decks flex over uneven lawns and crack when striking tree roots, leading to uneven cut lines and costly replacements. This 42-inch Special Edition machine features a fully welded 10-gauge ClearCut steel deck, an upgraded two-tone high-back seat with armrests, and a commercial-grade 21.5HP Kawasaki FR651V engine that slices through thick spring grass at forward speeds up to 6.5 MPH.

Dual Hydro-Gear EZT hydrostatic transaxles provide responsive steering control, tracking straight along property borders and executing clean zero-radius pivots around landscaping beds. The deep fabricated deck pulls air upward, lifting limp grass blades for a crisp, level cut across manicured turf. A convenient foot-operated deck lift allows operators to adjust cutting height across distinct positions with minimal physical effort, while high-output LED headlights extend working hours into the evening.
