Restore condensate return with Hoffman 180001 Watchman 609PF, a close-coupled pump-end assembly designed for WC and WCS receivers serving 6,000 to 8,000 EDR units. The 1/3 HP motor compatibility and bronze impeller provide clear replacement references, but this listing identifies a pump end rather than a complete motorized pump. Confirm the receiver, shaft, coupling, and motor interface before ordering.

The flange-mount design connects to compatible Watchman receivers and uses a bronze standard impeller within the 609PF assembly. The supplied specifications do not state voltage, phase, RPM, flow, head, pressure, seal material, dimensions, or weight. Verify the motor-end arrangement, receiver elevation, pump rotation, and available service clearance before installation.

Key Features & Benefits

- 1/3 HP Motor Compatibility: Provides a power reference for matching the existing motor.
- Pump-End-Only Configuration: Helps buyers avoid assuming a motor is included.
- 609PF Watchman Design: Identifies the receiver-pump arrangement for compatible replacement work.
- Bronze Impeller: Provides the listed rotating material for condensate service.
- Close-Coupled Assembly: Supports compact pump-end mating within the receiver package.
- Flange-Mount Connection: Fits compatible WC and WCS condensate receivers.
- 6,000 to 8,000 EDR Application: Directs selection toward the specified boiler system range.
- Receiver Compatibility Check: Helps prevent a shaft, flange, or coupling mismatch.

Why Choose Hoffman 180001 Watchman 609PF

The 180001 is useful for targeted Watchman receiver repair where the pump end can be replaced without assuming the complete motorized assembly is supplied.

- Build: Close-coupled pump-end construction, bronze impeller, and flange-mount receiver interface define the supplied component.
- Value: Replacing only the pump end may reduce equipment cost when the motor and receiver remain serviceable.
- Audience: Suited to boiler contractors, condensate technicians, steam-system maintenance teams, and facility engineers.

Applications & Use Cases

Use Hoffman 180001 Watchman 609PF for compatible WC and WCS condensate receivers serving 6,000 to 8,000 EDR systems. The supplied data does not provide overall dimensions, unit weight, shaft measurements, receiver capacity, or motor details, so verify flange fit, shaft height, coupling clearance, receiver elevation, and service access before installation.

Warranty & Support

- Warranty Terms Require Confirmation: Verify duration, coverage, registration, exclusions, and authorized service requirements with Hoffman or the seller.
- Confirm the 180001 part number, 609PF model, pump-end-only configuration, bronze impeller, and motor compatibility before ordering.

Lock out the equipment, drain the receiver, inspect the coupling and mounting flange, and confirm shaft alignment before assembly. Prime the pump end and monitor condensate transfer, leakage, vibration, and cycling during startup.
