Dixie Chopper BlackHawk 60in 23.5HP Kawasaki Zero Turn Mower – Hydrostatic

Tackle expansive multi-acre turf properties with the Dixie Chopper BlackHawk 60in 23.5HP Kawasaki zero turn mower to maximize daily mowing acreage and contractor billing potential. Municipal parks, school district athletic fields, and large commercial tracts demand broad cutting swaths that finish multi-acre jobs fast. Dixie Chopper matches this machine with a 60-inch fabricated 10-gauge steel deck and a high-displacement 23.5HP Kawasaki V-twin engine, producing clean turf striping at forward speeds up to 9 MPH.

Commercial-grade Hydro-Gear ZT-3400 transaxles incorporate steel cut gears and charge pumps to maintain hydraulic line pressure during hot afternoon mowing. The deep deck profile pulls air upward through the cutting chamber, discharging dense grass clippings uniformly across the lawn without windrowing. A spring-assisted foot deck lift allows the operator to raise the heavy 60-inch deck without physical strain when approaching concrete curbs or buried utility valves.

Commercial Advantages & Heavy-Duty Build

- A fabricated 60-inch 10-gauge deck covers up to 4.8 acres per hour, reducing labor hours and operator payroll on large mowing contracts.
- Greaseable cast-iron spindle assemblies dissipate heat rapidly to extend internal high-speed bearing life under full-throttle operation.

Acreage Productivity & Gate Navigation

Requiring 64 inches of clearance with the heavy-duty discharge chute in the upright transport position, this machine is engineered for wide open corporate campuses, public parks, and estate acreage with wide perimeter gates.
