Coffee Grinder Ceado E37Z Hero

Overview

The Coffee Grinder Ceado E37Z Hero marks the dawn of a new class of grinder, and we’re incredibly excited to offer it. Simply put, the E37Z Hero is a zero retention grinder that excels at single-dose grinding, designed to deliver unparalleled freshness and precision with every use. Thanks to its DLC-coated burrs and a specially engineered grinding chamber with a 45° incline, you can expect the complete elimination of grind retention at both the input and output. Should any minuscule grinds remain, they can be effortlessly forced out via the included bellows attachment and spring-loaded dispensing chute. With grind retention increasingly recognized as a crucial variable for achieving excellent extraction, this grinder represents an incredible leap forward in coffee preparation.

Features and Performance

The heroism doesn’t stop there. You can make infinitesimal grind adjustments with the E37Z Hero’s interlocking worm gear. This clever mechanism can be easily unlocked and removed to make large macro adjustments, providing seamless transitions should you ever need to switch between different brew methods. This design ensures minimal time and coffee are wasted while dialing in your perfect grind. The control box houses the rest of the magic, allowing you to start and stop grinding, toggle the cooling fan, and—a particularly fascinating surprise for us—adjust the RPM of the burrs. This variable RPM control offers an unprecedented level of precision and customization for your grinding process. As a thoughtful final touch, the portafilter hook located beneath the dispensing chute can be easily removed to make ample room for various pour-over devices, further expanding its versatility.
