Features and Performance

Heat-exchange boilers are a significant advantage for serious coffee enthusiasts. If you frequently host guests and prepare multiple milk-based beverages back-to-back, or if you simply value precise temperature control and wish to avoid waiting for your machine to heat up for steaming, then a machine like the BZ13 PM is perfectly suited for your lifestyle. The intuitive PID controller, which conveniently doubles as a shot timer, further enhances your brewing experience. You’ll gain direct control over the steam boiler’s temperature, allowing you to fine-tune steaming for any milk-based drink, whether it’s a latte, cappuccino, flat white, or macchiato. The single heat-exchange boiler on the BZ13 PM efficiently handles all the heating, while the PID feature provides precise control over the final results of your beverage. Warranty: 2 Year Warranty.

Why You Should Get It

The Bezzera BZ13 PM Espresso Machine Stainless is encased in a striking stainless steel mirror housing and comes equipped with an ergonomic steam wand, a clear pressure gauge, and an effectively unlimited hot water supply. A key highlight is Bezzera’s very own chrome-plated brass grouphead, engineered for incredible temperature stability. Unlike traditional E61 groupheads, Bezzera’s chrome-plated brass group is heated by an electric thermostat. This design ensures that your machine is always heated and does not rely on water circulation from the boiler to maintain stable temperatures. In turn, this allows the machine to heat up quickly because the grouphead is slightly smaller than on a standard E61 machine, requiring less energy to get things up and running smoothly. The BZ13 PM is a robust and efficient choice for consistent, high-quality espresso.
